Je werkt voor Eneco, een Nederlandse energieonderneming uitgegroeid tot een van de grootste investeerders in duurzame energie (België en Nederland).

Na een eerste intensieve training start je met het behandelen van alle vragen en aanvragen die binnenkomen omtrent facturatie en betalingen. Na een tweede intensieve training behandel je het volledige luik van de klantenservice (A-Z) waarbij je ook vragen beantwoordt omtrent verhuizingen, tarieven,...

  • Je bent communicatief in het Nederlands
  • Je communiceert, enthousiast, professioneel en oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent leergierig, verwerkt makkelijk informatie op korte termijn en kan goed zelfstandig werken
  • Je houdt van een uitdaging, ook op drukke momenten krijgt je klant je aandacht
  • Je gaat steeds voor de glimlach bij onze klant
