We are searching for a Recruiter, fluent in German, who's ready to tackle an exciting new chapter in their career to work in a fast-growing company where sourcing international candidates is a new game.

key responsibilities

Maintain a robust backup system of qualified candidatesParticipate in calibration meetings and communicate the needs/demands of hiring accountsFacilitate and discusses job offersPrepare daily and weekly reports based on function and needAchieve recruitment goals and targetsUse multi-channel sources to identify potential candidatesConduct in-depth screenings via phone, video, and face to face interviewsEvaluate and examine the skills and competencies of candidatesProfile candidates based on specified competencies and qualifications
experience 1-2 years of experience in HR Recruitment will be a great asset.
skills Commercial acumenHigh accountability in meeting deadlinesHigh adaptability within a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skillsTime management & team spirit
qualifications German language – native levelEnglish - proficient levelAdvanced knowledge of MS Office
