key responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet defined quality standardsConduct regular inspections and audits to identify faults in quality specificationsImplement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and prevent incidentsLead and motivate a team of quality control inspectors to achieve departmental and organizational goalsCollaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvementMaintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and inspectionsStay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to adapt and update quality control procedures accordingly
experience Ideal at least 1 year in a supervisory role
qualifications At least 2 year experience in a quality control role including HPLC and GC HEADSPACE analystsStrong knowledge of quality control methodologies and techniquesFluency in Greek and English language (oral and written)Proficient in using computer systems and relevant industrial software
