key responsibilities

Organizes and provides technical support to the service network and field service techniciansManages and oversee warranty claims, escalating technical issues to regional contactsAssists the service network in identifying spare parts and optimizing stock levelsCoordinates the introduction of new products and monitor field testsConducts technical training sessions for both internal and external stakeholdersMaintains regular communication with the Sales and Pre-sales departmentsTracks and analyzes quality issues, reporting them to headquartersOffers technical advisory support to internal and external collaborators
experience .3+ years of professional experience in a technical support role on HVAC systems skills Exceptional organizational and analytical skillsDynamic personalityDecision-making and problem-solving skillsAdaptabilityTime management skillsTaking initiativesTeamwork
qualifications Very good command of the Greek and English language (verbal and written)Familiarity with PC programs, including MS OfficeFamiliarity with ERP Galaxy or similarTechnical high school graduate, degree in engineering or a related field will be considered a plus3+ years of professional experience in technical support of HVAC systemsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think analyticallyAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
