key responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management, stakeholders, and external parties, conveying complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Identify opportunities to further enhance financial processes and controls to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in financial operations.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering strong liaisons with other departments to synergize efforts and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with and execution of procedures, policies, and work directives outlined in the company's  Integrated Management System
  • Carry out tasks and requests relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve the company's multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones.
  • Conduct financial analyses to evaluate company performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage budgeting processes, forecast financial performance, and provide guidance to budget owners to optimize resource allocation within the organization.

      qualifications

      • Bachelorâs Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field, postgraduate degree in Finance is desired.
      • 4 yearsâ minimum experience in a similar position in a multinational working environment.
      • A relevant professional qualification (CFA, ACCA, ACA) will be highly regarded
      • Advanced knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and corporate finance.
      • Excellent command of the English Language (Level C2). Extra languages desired.
      • Commitment to providing excellent quality work.
      • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
      • Well organized, self-driven, flexible, and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment.
      • Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields will be considered an asset.
      • Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable
