Commercial FP&A Analyst

key responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of the processes, policies, procedures and systems enhancements.
• Act as the local expert in the Pricing area, represent CFP&A area in the Global and local projects
• Maintain price lists, conditions and rebates in the systems
• Maintain and analyze P&L and Value Chain by products, brands, channels and key customers. Develop process and tools to track profitability of key customers aiming to improve financial and business KPIâs as well as providing recommendation to manageme
• Fulfil the role of key user of âCondition Contractâ in SAP, support all users with the day-to-day work.
• Prepare input from CFP&A and make sure itâs included in the consensus preparation to confirm consistency of commercial investments in the forecast.
• Review of the commercial agreements to ensure compliance with the policies and approvals
• Promo activities analysis and approval according to the approval matrix
• Gross to Net expenses planning and overseeing to ensure accurate allocation in line with the Group policy
• Support of the internal and external audit procedures in the responsible area
• Regular and ad hoc reporting related to the commercial investments

    • Highly analytical with advanced commercial awareness
    • Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related field is required
    • Minimum 4-5 years of proven Commercial Finance experience within Finance & Controlling departments of multinational companies with focus on Sales and Trade Marketing
    • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Greek is essential, and fluency in other languages is a plus
    • Experience with planning and reporting tools, especially SAP
