key responsibilities
- Managing compensation, benefits, and HR budget in coordination with the Group Compensation & Benefits Manager.
- Maintaining updated policies and procedures for employee benefits; updating compensation and benefits files.
- Managing the annual bonus payout and salary review processes.
- Managing the company's pension plan, ticket restaurants, and car fleet.
- Leading annual compensation and benefits surveys in all countries; comparing market data with each employee in cooperation with the Group Compensation & Benefits Manager and HR Director.

qualifications
- Post-secondary education in business management, finance.
- Proven experience and solid know-how of Greek labor law and payroll management.
- Motivated self-starter, process-oriented with a high attention to detail and sense of urgency.
- Good numerical skills, experience in reporting.
- High level of organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy, excellent skills in Excel.
