Order to Cash Associate

key responsibilities

• Inform outsourced partners about bank statements
• Be responsible for cheques receiving by 3rd Party Service Provider (3PL) twice per week, controlling and upload to the system
• Communicate with the customer and 3rd Party Service Provider (3PL) regarding cheques
• Prepare reconciliations for the aged open items
• Collect plan viewer and undertake open items to close
• Monthly cheque reconciliation and physical count
• Collection plan review, adding comments and preparation of e-mails to the customers, scheduling of actions for a month
• Quaterly AR (account receivable) ageing review and Order-to-Cach internal controls execution
• Manage Cash Aplication
• Customer reconciliation/clearings
• Reporting
• Master Data (creation-changes)
• Pricing & Dicounts update in SAP
• EOPPY clearings
• EOPYY Reconcilliation (PDF data to excel file for reconcilliation)
• EOF Report extracted through SAP for upload to Health Authority's database
• EKAPY management(order processing & preparation of paperwork to receive paymnent)

  qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or BA
  • 0-1 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency in the English language
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
