As a Campaign Manager/Marketing Operations in our company's Animal Health division you will cooperate closely with business units across all the species. In this position you are responsible for all marketing campaign operational activities.

Close collaboration with species BU Marketeers is crucial to be able to coordinate all steps of event management process as well as to manage set-up and delivery of the campaign.  

Campaign manager/Marketing Operations is reporting into Omnichannel Campaign Manager.

You run marketing campaigns for products, services or events directed towards veterinarians, animal professionals, animal owners or other stakeholders. This means that you are responsible for the life cycle of a marketing campaign, including brainstorming with the Strategic Marketing Managers, defining objectives, producing relevant analytics of the specific market, conducting market research about campaign-related topics, briefing, planning, executing, reviewing campaigns and tracking performance against predefined KPI’s.

You work closely with the Omnichannel Campaign manager & species BU Marketing managers to develop and design campaigns that are consistent with the brand identity and message in order to meet the set of goals. You develop and maintain common editorial calendars and ensure deadlines are met.

You are essential in helping our company to innovate in the way the company collaborates and interacts with the customers and other stakeholders. You have a cross-species role, allowing you to broaden your horizon and expand your exposure to and knowledge about our company's whole portfolio.

Your responsibilities

> Operational Marketing responsibilities:

• Support the content development process through various channels and for various target segments according to their needs (e.g., development of content that drives awareness / consideration / retention / prescription intent / relevant unbranded content, etc.)

• Support and oversee (create, write, edit, proofread, measure) campaign creation activities in line with regional and global content resources

• Produce branded and unbranded content designed to engage and create an interactive relationship with relevant audiences.

• Support the creation of a common content marketing calendar to ensure regular content on major channels throughout the year

• Ensure optimal management of content with appropriate governance on content approval with media and legal review process

• Be the creative and innovative partner during the brainstorming and development phase of a campaign and be in good contact with the internal stakeholders related to the campaign

• Support tracking performance and results of the campaigns in order to collect data for the evaluation of existing campaigns and use it as input data for new campaigns.

• Cooperate with internal and/or external agencies delivering part of the campaign activity

• Leverage existing content and apply minimal adaptations

• Ensure that the brand identity and guidelines are followed in campaigns and in all communication efforts

• Take responsibility for the organization of any trade show or exhibition

> Internal & external collaboration:

• Ensure continuous improvement of internal procedures and work methods

• Collaborate with internal teams on local, regional and global levels

• Work closely with BU

• Ensures that all activities are in line with compliance and our company's code of conduct.

• Is guided by the highest standards of ethics.

> Key Capabilities for the role include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (in business admin or marketing would be considered a strong asset)

  • 1-2 years marketing/digital /administration will be considered a plus.

  • Excellent command of spoken and written Greek and English

  • Strong communication and social skills

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams

  • Proactive with a can-do attitude

  • Innovative mindset with a digital marketing comprehension

  • Results-driven with proven implementation ability

  • Customer focused and able to build strong customer relationships

  • Strong IT and analytical skills e.g. MS Office applications will be considered a plus
