Omnichannel Campaign Manager is overseeing omnichannel and customer experience strategy across species to maximize synergies and best practices between teams.
You will report on overall omnichannel and digital delivery impact and planning.
Omnichannel Campaign manager is holding overall responsibility for our integrated marketing solutions and digitalizing the Marketing Operations Model. In this role, you will be developing, implementing and driving the channel marketing strategy and execution.
You will work closely with the species BU Marketing Managers on the long-term strategy for our brands and businesses and ensure strong results today while developing growth opportunities for the future.
You will be responsible for our digital strategy and execution of digital projects across all business units and support as well as motivate other departments and colleagues to build digital capabilities and projects. You will identify key strategic drivers of long-term growth and profitability that will create a series of integrated digital experiences supporting the customer journey.
You will be working in cross-functional teams with both local and regional colleagues, being the key point of contact for digital strategy and execution.

Omnichannel Campaign Manager is reporting into General Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Lead the design and execution of detailed species omnichannel and digital strategies and provide expert guidance on future trends, customer insights, competitor digital footprint, etc.
Drive digital projects and business cases to further develop and challenge our marketing communications and the way we think about marketing
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals
Build, maintain and analyse metrics on all digital marketing channels
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Responsible for the outcomes of omnichannel strategy
Responsible for continuous omnichannel and digital engagement
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize user experience and communication
Support scoping of MVP and backlogs for new digital products and services
Key Capabilities for the role include:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing position
Excellent command of spoken and written Greek and English
Ability to create and analyse insights to better understand the value we can deliver to our customers
Apply strategic thought and planning frameworks to build strategic and operational plans
Relentless desire to add value to our customers and the business through application of data to define strategic choices and prioritization
An innovative growth mindset utilising a test and learn approach to develop and refine strategies, tactics measurable deliverables and return on investment
Leveraging the diversity of colleagues and teams to deliver on our business aspirations
Ability to work in ambiguity with flexible/adaptable ways of working
Effective forms of communication with key internal and external stakeholders
