Your responsibilities and impact as a Technical Logistic Support will be:

In this role, you will be the point of contact with customers in advising, selling, troubleshooting and even setting up their new products

– Answering inbound calls from potential customers

– Talking to customers who actively reach out to the company and show interest in the products

– Selling the product over the phone through good communication and negotiation skills

– Being a team player and participate in the success of the team and project

– You are a native German speaker with advanced business English

– You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help

– You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and you have strong problem-solving skills
