Quality Assurance Analyst with German or Spanish

We are seeking a professional Quality Assurance Analyst with German or Spanish to join a new multinational & fast-growing company in Greece. This is a unique opportunity for you with a background related to leading or supervising customer service teams and eager for quality & excellence in your results. Well, as a Quality Assurance Analyst with German or Spanish, you will be responsible to ensure that the service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market.

key responsibilities
- Ensure the proper functioning of the quality control system
- Maintain working knowledge of quality standards
- Spot areas for improvement to enhance the project's efficiency
- Perform recordings and evaluations of calls according to a given repository
- Participate in the process of upgrading project quality skills through calibration and calibration sessions
- Ensure proper application and compliance of processes

Previous working experience as a QA / Team Leader / Supervisor.

- Keen attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
qualifications
- Native level in German or Spanish
- Fluency in English
- PC literacy
