key responsibilities

  • Support the budgeting and monthly forecasting process, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Manage the month-end close process (reporting / controlling activities)
  • Provide financial support and guidance to cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Create and maintain business KPI performance reporting, dashboards and value-added analysis
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analyses to drive business decisions
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests
  • Perform analysis of P&L accounts, research, and drive resolution of all outstanding issues
  • Create new product business cases

    4-5 years experience in financial planning & analysis

      qualifications

      • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Economics
      • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis and commercial FP&A, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry
      • Experience with planning and reporting tools, especially BPC
      • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in Greek is essential, and fluency in other languages is a plus
