Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen en modereren van content, het delen van je passie voor sociale media en digitale communicatie terwijl je tegelijk geniet van de Griekse levensstijl, de zon en de cultuur.

key responsibilities

  • Onderzoek en los problemen op die worden gerapporteerd als verzoeken om accountondersteuning en meldingen van mogelijk beledigende inhoud
  • Gebruik marktspecifieke kennis, signalen en inzichten om schaalbare oplossingen te vinden en te verbeteren om de ondersteuning van onze gemeenschap van gebruikers te verbeteren
  • Beoordeel de gerapporteerde inhoud binnen de overeengekomen doorlooptijden en kwaliteitsstandaarden

    experience

    Eerdere werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie is niet vereist.

    • Uitstekende typevaardigheden
    • Sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden, verbale en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden en vooral empathie
    • Passie voor internet en sociale media

      qualifications

      • Vloeiend in het Nederlands
      • Geschiktheid in het Engels
      • PC geletterdheid
