key responsibilities

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations
  • Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
  • Process customer complaints patiently
  • Plan alternatives for customers with special dietary needs / overview of menu and allergens
  • Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed
  • Track and order shipments
  • Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors
  • Follow health and safety standards
  • Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff according to the SOP of the company
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience
  • Establish targets, KPIâs, schedules, policies and procedures

    experience

    • Minimum 3 years resort experience as a Food and Beverage Manager at a five-star hotel

      skills

      • Excellent knowledge of the English language, a second or third language (e.g. French, German, Russian) will be considered a plus
      • Customer oriented approach
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
      • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with hands-on approach

      • Team player

        qualifications

        • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism. MBA or Masterâs Degree in a related field will be considered an asset
        • Cost-conscious with the ability to maximize revenue
